Terms of use

• Yard is provided free during early access, as is, without warranties. We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Your data is yours. You're responsible for what you enter and for having permission to store your customers' details.
• Don't use Yard to break the law, to attack or overload the service, or to access another company's data.
• Keep your join code and passcode private. Anyone with them can use your company's Yard.
• We may change or discontinue features. If we ever shut Yard down, we'll give you notice and a way to export your data first.
• To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us, which during free early access is zero.
• We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
