Yard is free during early access. No credit card, no per-user fee, no feature limits. Every feature is included: reservations, service requests, quotes, rate sheet, missed-rent tracking, and the public storefront.
If we ever introduce paid plans, current companies get at least 30 days' notice in the app first, and your data stays exportable.
Design partners (rental yards we've invited to help shape Yard) who are chosen to keep Yard free forever keep it free for as long as their company runs, per the written offer they received.
